RSS 2.0 feeds

RSS 2.0 (Really Simple Syndication) feeds are XML (eXtensible Markup Language) structured documents which provide web content with associated links and metdata. RSS 2.0 feeds are normally used to distribute dynamic information which changes or increments on an ongoing basis. The normal way to access an RSS 2.0 feed is to use a feed reader / aggregator. The feed reader software queries your pre-selected RSS 2.0 feeds on a regular basis and notifies you of new entries, usually by some visual or audible cue. An easy way to get podcasts, even if you don't have an iPod, is iTunes for Windows and Macintosh. In iTunes, go to 'Advanced... > Subscribe to Podcasts' and enter the URL from our podcast feed link above or simply click .
