- Martha Bennett and Kieran Hines at Intellect
Martha Bennett from Freeform Dynamics and Kieran Hines from Datamonitor came along to Intellect to give their views on a couple of banking-related technology trends for 2012, so I grabbed then afterwards for a chat..
As Head of Strategy at Freeform Dynamics, Martha is responsible for defining and overseeing strategic development activities to help the company meet its medium and long term objectives. Also an active industry analyst, Martha covers IT strategy and investment, with a particular focus on IT/business alignment, IT governance, business case development, and software/solution selection. Martha has extensive direct experience of IT strategy and delivery gathered while working as the Head of Advanced Technology at Prudential Corporation, and in other management roles within blue chip companies such as Price Waterhouse. Before joining Freeform Dynamics in 2011, Martha was Practice Leader at Ovum/Datamonitor, with responsibility for global financial services and retail technology coverage.
Kieran is the Practice Leader for the Global Financial Services team at Datamonitor. Since joining in 2003, Kieran has produced and managed a range of in-depth analytical pieces and research projects. These include examining emerging payment technologies such as contactless, mobile, and prepaid cards, as well as key industry issues including online payments, card loyalty and commercial cards. He has also worked on a wide range of bespoke consultancy projects for major players across the industry. These projects range from global studies of co-brand card loyalty programmes, niche market sizing, and thought leadership presentations.
