Ulrich Seldeslachts is the CEO of LSEC, an independent not-for-profit nerwork organisation of IT security experts, hardware vendors, service and knowledge providers, advisors, research institutions and government and business on IT security issues and to provide a portal to Belgian exepertise in the field. This is rather insteresting, as these companies are creating an ecosystem around the Belgian smart ID card.
