Design
The process of taking a new business concept from whiteboard "cloud" to realistic business and technology models can be both exciting and frustrating. We have a clearly defined process for helping clients to answer some key questions. By working through these questions methodically, and providing creative freedom for the stakeholders, we help to ensure that "go/no-go" decisions can be made with confidence. We support this creative process with the development of demonstrators and prototypes by our in-house “Hyperlab” development team to help make ideas tangible at an early stage.
